- Questions:
- What’s the latest on CHAP?
Virgil: Our letter was acknowledged by CHAP. We are moving ahead with the process. The next step is to poll the neighborhood – this spring, probably. There will be a mass mailing. It took Fell’s Point and Fell’s Prospect two years to complete the process once the neighborhoods had agreed.
- Barry: If anyone needs background information on this topic it is covered in the archived newsletters, which can be found on the website. (http://butchershill.org)
Guest Speaker – State Senator George W. Della, Jr. –
Senator Della had not arrived by 7:30, so the meeting was adjourned. He finally did arrive at 7:40 and spent about an hour with 15 of us discussing various issues. He was very apologetic but was unavoidably delayed in traffic on his way up from Annapolis.
