In place of the BIG Baltimore Kite Fest (hopefully back next year), Creative Alliance and Friends of Patterson Park encourage everyone to go fly a kite in Patterson Park Apr. 10-11. Some local restaurants will have Picnic Packs. Need a kite? Purchase one at Creative Alliance’s Etsy site.
