The Safety and Crime Prevention Committee will host a National Night Out event in Castle Street Park from 6 to 8pm on Tue., Aug. 5 – the event is replacing the BHA General Meeting for August. The committee will supply snacks and beverages, but feel free to bring something to enjoy or share with your neighbors. National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that promotes police community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie to make our neighborhoods safer, more caring places to live. Many of our local representatives, government officials, and other city employees have been invited.
